- WORKERS INJURED BY ELECTRIC SHOCK - No. 1

Firefighters on Engine 5110 and Paramedics on EMS Unit 5118 responded to an electricution in the 1700 block of Rosado in the Countryside Apartments. Two roofers were found on the ground in the rear of the apartments, both had received an electric shock from overhead electric wires. One of the workers apparently came into contact with the wires while on a scaffold. Both men where treated on the scene for electrical burns and transported to the hospital. The more seriously injured victim was transported by medical helicopter to Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

- ELECTRIC SHOCK - NO. 3

Victim was taken by ambulance to a helicopter landing zone behind St. Jude Hall on Redman Road where he was transfered to a waiting helicopter for tansport to Barnes Hospital.
